Sweet Meatballs with Chow Chow

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fine cornbread morsels or breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup onion, finely slashed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dark pepper
  • 1 cup chow
  • 2 tablespoons earthy colored sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar


  1. Preheat stove to 350 degrees.
