New shrimp, ginger, peppers and eggs consolidate for a filling seared rice dish.

Fixings
1 tablespoon canola
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups cooked rice
4 eggs
1 dozen enormous shrimp, cleaned, cooked and tails eliminated
1 tablespoon new ginger, ground
hot sauce (ideally siracha)
soy sauce

Directions
Heat canola oil in an exceptionally hot wok or weighty skillet. Saute peppers and onion together in little groups. Eliminate from intensity, and put away.
Heat sesame oil until it starts to smoke. Add rice, eggs and shrimp in little groups, blending continually until eggs are cooked.
Warm completely cooked fixings together, and serve right away. Season with hot sauce and soy sauce to taste.
