Meatball Kabobs (Caprese)

Caprese Meatball Kabobs make a scrumptious hors d’oeuvre for late spring parties. Featuring new basil and sweet cherry tomatoes, this recipe can go from nursery to table in around 45 minutes.


16 ounces mass Italian hotdog
¼ cup ground Parmesan cheddar
¼ cup bread pieces
1 egg
½ teaspoon fennel seeds

8 medium or 16 little sticks
16 little mozzarella balls
16 cherry tomatoes
32 basil leaves

Preheat stove to 350 degrees.
